As part of our services, we implement our continual improvement policy, whereby learnings from previous projects are applied to the task at hand. This ensures the tasks are performed more efficiently. For example, we designed and manufactured a MonoRail system to minimise fatigue and reduce exposure to manual handling.

Some of the other initiatives we have delivered to our clients include;

• LRT Mobile Support Unit this mobile over head crane unit is easily assembled and reaches harder to access areas of the mill, eliminating the use of cranes on site.

• Purpose Built Trains and Rollers minimises manual handling, works around corners, feed chutes and obstacles to delivery linings in and out of the mill

• Custom Gold Recovery Modules compact and user-friendly units allow for a seamless recovery of gold bearing ore

• Internal Mill Masts are an in mill assembled liner handler to lift lifters in excess of 170 kg – reduces fatigue risks and boosts productivity

This approach is aimed at making our services more efficient and safe for our clients which allow them to reduce site capital expenditure.
